I can confirm that this issue is reproducible for Nightly and Release.

Devices:

  • Google Pixel 3 (Android 9);
  • Google Pixel (Android Q);
  • Samsung Galaxy Tab A 6 (Android 5.1).

Builds:

  • Nightly 68.1a1 (2019-08-26);
  • Release 68.0.2.

Notes:

  • Not reproducible on Chrome;
