From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.1a) Gecko/20020611
BuildID: 2002061104
I imported my mailfolders from Communicator, after importing them to
communicator from Pegasus. As this screws up folder names (from Peg. to Com.), I
have to re-sort my folders.
Therefore I look at every imported folder and then create a new (sub-)folder on
local folders, mark all messages read, mark all messages and then move them to
the newly created folder via right-click move-to.
Every now and then this will result in an infinite loop. Nothing happens, I have
to restart Mozilla. After restart (the mails that caused the loop have remained
in their origin folder), the procedure works well for the same folders, the same
way that previously caused the infinite loop.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Import mail from communicator
2.look at one imported folder, mark all messages read
3.create new folder or subfolder on local folders
4.mark all messages in imported folder, right click, move to newly created folder
Actual Results: infinite loop
Expected Results: should move mail to folder

Further inspection shows that _some_ messages are _copied_ in the process,
meaning after restart of Mozilla there are some messages in the new folder,
which have also remained in the source folder. Also, these messages are now
marked as unread... The amount of messages copied this way does not appear to be
related to the time you wait before closing mozilla once the infinite loop has
started, though.

(Sorry, for incrementally filling up all space here...)
A similar issue exists for me when deleting a large bulk of messages, say
200-300. I mark all of them and press the del key (or the delete button) and
once again I am caught in an infinite loop, with mozilla pretending to work
(animated action symbol in the upper right) but actually doing nothing.
It happened to me every time for a certain bulk of messages in a certain folder.
But when I started deleting them one by one (by selecting one and then keeping
the del key pressed) I had no problems.

This is dupe of bug 150716.
Reporter if you get a more recent trunk build (after 6/13)
this would work. Moving/Deleting multiple emails was broken
in 6/11 build.
