I'm not sure how to reproduce this, but I've been able to get Firefox into a state where c-T to open a new tab fails and spews a bunch of errors (per the attached screenshot).

In that state, c-N opens a new window, but c-T will not open a new tab in that window, and trying to close that window with the close-window button fails.

I'm on current/up-to-date Win10, and this occurred in, if not current Nightly, one in the last two days or so. Hardware is an up to date Surface Book.

I haven't been able to reproduce this, but I'll revisit this if it happens again. Thanks.
