the mouse scroll wheel options don't work.  For example, i set it to change font
size when i press shift and scroll, but it doesn't work.
Could you please indicate what version of Mozilla you're using (this should
appear in the title bar eg. 2002071403). If you could also tell us what make the
mouse is, that would probably help.

I think this may be duplicate of Bug 20618

WorksForMe using FizzillaCFM/2002071508, though the modifier key setting didn't
save; that's already filed as another bug somewhere, I think.

More info needed (i.e. does other scrolling work, what mouse you have, do other
keyboard shortcuts work, can you change zoom from the view menu, build id (in
title bar), anything else that you think is relevant)
Possible dup of bug 149894?
Please try to do a fresh installation of Mozilla, including erasing Mozilla
directory and all files, and settings cache at User Profile duirectory. Such a
sticky" behaviour usually happens after installing a newer build over older one.

Also, please verify if it's really a dup of bug 149894.
