This is with Moz 1.1a Build ID 2002061104, also seen with Netscape 7.0PR1.
Basically, when the tab bar overflows (when there are more tabs on it then there
is space) the tab bar begins to expand off the screen. As a result, the entire
browser window (minus the title bar) expands WITHOUT ANY SCROLLBARS. This can
mean there is then no way to get to the side of the page, the throbber, print
button, and no way to access the last couple of tabs. I will attach
screenshots soon.

Here is the screenshot showing the tab bar overflow. The effected area is on
the right of the image.

This was fixed in bug 106927. Marking as a duplicate. Please try a more recent
build.
