Details
By default Firefox on Windows binds Control+B and Control+I for opening bookmarks and Control+U for opening view-source page regardless of the current focus position. Those hotkeys are frequently used for editing purpose e.g. to make bold text and to insert underline, so not being able to use those hotkeys is counter-intuitive.
Chrome changes the behavior when the focus is in editable area: It adds underline instead of opening view-source page for Control+U.
Try testing the difference here by pressing Control+U with different focuses.
