Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to this fiddle
  2. Switch to RDM and try to drag the .child's vertical scrollbar thumb

Actual results:

Unable to drag the thumb

Expected results:

Thumb should be draggable

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
