[Steps to reproduce]:

Install add-ons:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/webext-private-bookmarks
Navigate to Extensions from about:addons page.
Click on the wheel button and from the drop down menu select the "Manage extension shortcuts" option.
In the "Manage extension shortcuts" section view the duplicate shortcut warnings.
Search for the shortcut in the first warning through the Bookmarks shortcut below.

[Expected results]:
The shortcuts in the warning messages are listed in the same order as they are listed on the extension.

[Actual results]:
The shortcut warnings are listed in reverse order from the way the shortcuts are listed on the extension. The shortcuts in the warnings can be accessed through the "Show x More" button which extends the shortcut list.
It's not very convenient having to start resolving the warnings for the hidden shortcuts first.

Note: On Windows this could not be reproduced precisely, even by installing all the recommended extensions from each category. It can be seen in the attached GIF that the ALT+SHIFT+8 shortcut warning is shown before the ALT+SHIFT+4 one.
