There's a r+ patch which didn't land and no activity in this bug for 2 weeks.

I've chosen not to land it yet as I'm waiting for bug 1584852 to make it to a released version.

It's bitrotted somewhat and would need a test I think as bug 1584852 allowed us to pass the WPT test.
I'm in two minds whether to land this at all we're now compatible with Chrome (https://github.com/chromium/chromium/blob/a973c71e533a3e968b4849d69d730f8f97c17c2d/third_party/blink/renderer/core/svg/svg_view_element.idl), Edge and Safari.
