Steps to reproduce:
If you open and close the picture-in-pcture window multiple times on one tab through the day etc.
It can be simulated by open and closing the picture-in-picture feature a few times on the same website.
Actual results:
It only shows the gray border of the window but not the video content.
Expected results:
It should always show the video content and never show a transparent windows with a gray border.
