Steps to reproduce:

Moving add-ons into overflow menu.

Actual results:

The pop out window of most of my add-ons got resized.

Expected results:

They can act like how they act in the tool bar (when I click a hidden app in chrome menu, it got temporarily restored to the too bar and pop the window, something like that is pretty interesting).

Could you please test on the latest version of Firefox Nightly and share the results with us? You can download it from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/

Also can you please attach the about:support data (Click on Menu - Help - troubleshooting information - click "copy raw data to clipboard" button and add information into a file.

I was able to reproduce it for latest Nightly Version 71.0a1 Build ID 20190912094122.
When I press the "more tools" button to use the Google Translate add-on, the pop-up window is resized, This does not happen if the addon is visible in the toolbar.
