Steps to reproduce:
I did nothing, firefox auto-updated.
Actual results:
My local IP is from Russia, so by default browser sets language at Russian. When i downloaded firefox, I changed language to English and every component of browser was on English. After today's update, when you click RMB, right up menu and some other components are on Russian, while all my language still set on English, like i didn't change anything from last time.
Expected results:
Nothing, all languages should've be the same from 68 version.

My local IP is from Russia, so by default browser sets language at Russian.
Note that your IP is not relevant for the language used in Firefox (or for download). If you have admin rights on your machine, you can also download and install the full English version from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

Then what is relevant? I'm using English version of Windows. The only thing that could switch my UI to Russian is my country IP i think.

I assume you used a search engine to search for a download link, and that sent you to the Russian download page.
Installing 68 won't help. Go through the ––purgecaches instructions, if that doesn't work, the forums on https://support.mozilla.org/ are your best option to get support.

I found guy's solution. I wanna try it first. I updated English lang pack. Where should i run firefox.exe -purgecaches ?

Yay! Nevermind. I found where to do it. You just need to update english lang pack and run firefox.exe -purgecaches. That will fix it. Ty anyway.
