hi,

i have searched the archives for this one several times, but didn't see any
reports of this...

when i am running an app which is making use of my sound card (i use linux with
oss to handle my sound card) e.g. xmms, if i browse any page with flash content,
mozilla freezes up until i stop using the app which was using the sound device.
Mozilla continues to run fine after. until the next page destroys my mp3
listening experience...

i am sorry if this is a repeated bug, im sure ive heard of it before, but i
honestly couldnt find it in bugzilla, so i thought i may as well list it.

Depending on your operating environment, consider using a sound server like
artsdsp or esd to prevent this problem.
