Once Clearkey has been modified to use a different underlying crypto library (see bug 1572846), OpenAES will no longer be needed, so its source code can be removed from the tree.

With NSS now being used to do the decryption in the Clearkey CDM, remove the
source and licensing information related to OpenAES.
