STR:

  1. Enable browser.urlbar.megabar.
  2. Open a new tab with the Web Search module.
  3. Click in the Web Search box.
  4. Click in the Urlbar.

Expected results:
The Megabar expands as it usually does on focus.

Actual results:
The Urlbar simply focuses. The user must type to trigger expansion.
