When using tabbed browsing (or event when not), there should be an option to
make Mozilla confirm that you really want to quit.

Some times by accident, I close the entire browser - or press CTRL-Q instead of
CTRL-W.

Sorry if this one have been up allready - i coulden't find any bugs like this.
(But I can't imagine, that no one have reported this before).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Exit the browser.

Actual Results:  Closes the browser

Expected Results:  Confirmed that I really want to close it.
