The new lockbox about:logins offers no possibility to remove multiple saved logins/passwords.
This is a severe regression compared to the old Saved Logins dialog, where users could enter a filter and then click "Remove All Shown" or multi-select table rows and then click "Remove Selected". Since this was a normal table, users could use well-known OS gestures for multi-selection (Shift+Up/Down; Ctrl/Cmd+Up/Down to move focus; Space to toggle selection)
At least the multi-select & "Remove Selected" option needs to be implemented again.
Fixing the accessibility problem in bug 1576026 will be the first step to fix this bug.

We are investigating ideas to improve removing multiple logins at once, perhaps removing all logins that share a single password, etc. We do not have plans to get a fix in for Firefox 70.

Mass removing [skyline] and [passwords:management] from about:logins bugs which are no longer useful.
