I believe we will stop supporting version 0 of taskcluster-github .taskcluster.yml file format, so we'll need to migrate all projects that use it.

I'm seeing many repos on version 0 with this search.

Although this search also shows repos on version 1 (I haven't worked out how to filter them out), by clicking through the result pages, a large proportion of them seem to be on version 0.

Dustin, do you think we need to upgrade all of the v0 repos?
