windows10-ccov plain reftest tasks often run for 70-90 minutes. Many of the recent R5 tasks have exceeded the 90 minute max-run-time, resulting in intermittent task failures reported in bug 1420394.

Avoid intermittent task timeouts by running in more chunks.
