Steps to reproduce:
Open any web page.
I'm in a corporate environment where all internet access is funneled through zscalar.
Actual results:
Page opens correctly, however, a tool bar is shown at the top of the page with the message "You must log in to this network before you can access the Internet" and a button "Open Network Login Page".
Expected results:
Don't show this tool bar.

Unfortunately, since we don't have the proper equipment to access that corporate environment we wouldn't be able to test the issue on our end. But as a starting point, I'll add a product and a component so that the dev team can take a look at it. Feel free to change it if you consider there's a more appropriate one.
In the meantime, what you can do is check if this network problem is reproducible on the latest Nightly version, you can download it from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/
