A Send-button in the _main_ mail-window would be
a real improvement:
"Send all" and "Exchange (Send/Get)" like in Outlook Exp.
would be a lot more comfortable and more obvious for newbies.
Not only "Get messages", and the rest only to find in the menu.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compose message.
2. Choose "send later".
3. Want to execute the sending.

Actual Results:  You have to enter the "File-Menu" and choose "Send unsent"

Expected Results:  Have an obvious "Send messages" button beneath the one for "Get".
