The 0.25.0 release was made entirely without interacting with the Travis CI infrastructure.
Together with whimboo we decided to disable all Travis hooks to the GitHub project.

The future holds that all release executables are made using TaskCluster.
We’re nearly there now, with signed builds for macOS and Windows.
The Linux binaries are still in what looks to be debug mode,
which means they are too big to be released on GitHub.

In any case, this does mean we can remove Travis related configuration
from testing/geckodriver/.

The geckodriver 0.25.0 release was made entirely without the use
of Travis, and we have subsequently disabled all Travis hooks with
the GitHub project.

This patch removes the remaining Travis CI configuration for geckodriver
from central, as we plan to make future releases using TaskCluster.
