No jobs are pinned for the 'Pin all available jobs in this push' action (pin button at top right of a push) if more than 500 jobs are visible for the push. In the past, 500 jobs got pinned and that allowed to classify or cancel jobs in chunks of 500 jobs.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-central&resultStatus=success%2Ctestfailed%2Cbusted%2Cexception%2Cretry%2Crunning%2Cpending%2Crunnable&revision=1367114a0633863badba4331e7f1c9ddbd84d1ee
  2. Click pin button at top right of push.

Actual result: error message: 'Max pinboard size of 500 reached.'
Expected result: 500 jobs in pinboard.
