1580447 - Consider exposing Content{Parent,Child} to Chrome JS

This would make it easier to expose information like the list of content processes, and metadata about those processes exposed in the parent process, such as pid, without exposing this information on the ProcessMessageManager.

kmag says this bug should block enabling Fission in Nightly (M6) because bug 1580448 (and bug 1587058) blocks M6.
