This bug covers verifying that livelog works on Ubuntu 18.04 base images generated by Monopacker.

There are several monopacker builders based on the ubuntu-bionic set of scripts. We should ensure that those scripts properly configure livelog for generated images.

We found and fixed an issue associated with this.
