Steps to reproduce:
- Create a page
- Use priority Hints
- Use CDN
- Prioritize Bootstrap
- The Firefox load a page but with FOUC(flash of unstyled content)
- Chrome load without Flash of unstyled content

Actual results:
- FOUC only on Firefox
- Load with styles on Chrome
Expected results:
- Load page without FOUC
- Load following priorities
- Load fast
Please add:
- support for priority hints
- preload HEAD CSS files
- Cache for web font
- "Cache" page "style"/"render"
