STR

  1. Load any Bugzilla bug and scroll down to a comment.
  2. Hover over the Edit/Tag/Reply/Collapse buttons in the top right corner of the comment.

Expected results

The buttons have tooltips which state their function.

Actual results

The buttons do not have tooltips.

I think tooltips are important because it may not be clear what the buttons do based on their icon alone.

I feel like this is a regression, but I'm not 100% sure.

Thanks for catching this. Looks like it’s a fallout from Bug 1558096. Will fix.
