Build: 07-18 1.0.1 branch build / winXP-SimpChinese with jre1.4.0_01 or jre1.4.1.

Steps:
1. Install Netscape with jre1.4.0_01 included, or Netscape with recommended
installation and then download jre1.4.1-beta from sun development site.
2. Load the page:
http://www-3.ibm.com/software/webservers/appserv/doc/v35/se/infocenter-zh/index.html
or:
http://www-3.ibm.com/software/webservers/appserv/doc/v35/se/infocenter-zh/NavBar.html

Result:
Click on the arrow and bring up the sub menu items, then you will see all those
characters are displayed as squares.

still reproducible with jre1.4.2. taking.

not a mozilla bug. the chinese characters are not displayed correctly even in
appletviewer. there should be some bug in the applet itself.
