Details

Currently, load recording's ux is to:

  1. open a new tab with the recording
  2. start playing immediately
  3. let the user open devtools when they want to

It would be nice if we improved it in a couple of ways:

  1. opened devtools immediately
  2. stopped the recording at the beginning
