Mozilla has locale date format interface.
We also need a calendar support for Mozilla.
That is needed to parse the user's date input. Or we need first day of the week
(for calendar UI). I assume more things to be needed, need investigation.

We now have a good foundation for locale-aware calendar operations in mozIntl.
For examples see https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/intl/dataintl.html#mozintl-getcalendarinfo-locale
