Details
Steps to reproduce: 1. Turn off the "search" row at the bottom of autocomplete. 2. Type "9" into the location bar. (Assuming you haven't visited a site whose name begins with "9".) Result: a tiny autocomplete dropdown appears. Expected: the dropdown should not appear, since there's nothing to show in the dropdown.
