Details

We're gradually rolling out the GCP workers in gecko - this is high priority and we also need to test the entire harness. Once that's completed, we need to follow-up with mobile, app-services and Thunderbird afterwards. This bug means we'll have to follow-up with in-tree patches in comm* repos and the github counterpart to switch to new fanciness.

This bug is a main tracking one, potentially we could bake all of the patches in here for simplicity.

Comm projects have been switched on in bulk across all branches last Friday.
Mobile projects are tracked in bug 1595501. Dupe-ing this bug to continue work there instead.
