User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:71.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/71.0

Steps to reproduce:

I have a specific FLAC file that makes the Firefox tab crash (on 69.0.1 and sometimes in Nightly) or pause for 45 seconds, then resume playback (in Nightly). flac -t reports that the file is ok and ffplay plays it back with no warnings.

I can provide the file (since it's a bit sensitive), or I can attach it here upon request.

The file was originally created with the flac tool. The problem happens only on compression level 8 (--best), not 7 or lower levels.

Attached audio x.flac

Attaching a 10 seconds excerpt from the file. It's copyrighted audio, but I'll claim fair use as it's a small portion and used only to demonstrate a bug.

I get the same hang with the file in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1528265#c21. Tentatively marking this as a duplicate of bug 1528265, as I can't reproduce the crashes in a new profile.
