In the lambdas we are using account:cloudservices_kinto_prod, but this user has full permissions.

I think we could create a read-only account consistency_checks. I already opened the PR on the permissions repo https://github.com/mozilla-services/remote-settings-permissions/pull/81

The user consistency_checks has been created in both -stage and -prod environments.
