This (and address bar search) are the two things I'm really missing from Navigator. I don't know if this is even possible at all with the way Navigator is coded, but if it could support Mozilla plugin mouse gestures (see http://optimoz.mozdev.org/gestures/) that would kick massive butt. Thanks!
I doubt it will happen. You could talk to those guys about developing some kind of Chimera add-on, though.

http://www.bitart.com/CocoaGestures.html This (free!) utility lets you use mouse gestures in Chimera, as well as any other Cocoa app. You can define a gesture for anything you can do with a menu or key combo. It works as an InputManager, so it's not a hack and so far (for me) it has worked perfectly.
Re: comment #3 - Yeah! I found CocoaGestures a few weeks ago and have been using it ever since. Closing this as a) it's obviously a RFE that will probably never be added, and b) because CocoaGestures does everything I originally had wanted. Thanks!
