When using the new certificate viewer with "Dark" mode turned on (Mac), hyperlinks become very hard to read.
This is an accessibility issue that can be fixed with the prefers-color-scheme CSS media feature.

Reproduced the initial issue using an old Nightly build 71.0a1 (Build id: 20190919094654).
Verified - Fixed in Nightly build 71.0a1 (Build id: 20191016095255) and Release version 72.0.2 using Mac OS 10.15 and Windows 10.
