We should have a possibility to search for requests or non-requests. A simple radiobutton group would do, but if that's too prominent, then at least the advanced query stuff should contain a possibility for this.
Request Tracker isn't checked into the tree, so it doesn't make sense to file bugs against it. Post your comments to bug 98801 instead. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 98801 ***

I agree that filing _bugs_ against it might not be that sensible, but filing RFEs separate from a 20 iteration patch under review is not unreasonable IMO. Also, for consistency's sake, let's note that we had alias bugs filed even before the alias stuff was checked in. I'll post a comment about this in 98801.
