Raptor has detected a Firefox performance regression from push:

This seems very similar to bug 1582749; with luck, the patch that just landed there may help.

This is just a duplicate of bug 1582749 as "fcp" is merely a subtest of the full test. So let's just use bug 1582749 to track this.
