[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Navigate to the about:addons page
2. Click on any of the tabs in the left side panel (Recommendations, Extensions, Themes or Plugins)
3. Notice that a partial highlight will appear around the tab grouping

[Description]:
Clicking on any of the tabs in the left side panel of about:addons will cause a partial highlight to appear around the tab grouping. The highlight disappears after clicking any of the fields to the right of the side panel. For further details, see the attached video.

[Expected results]:
The highlight should not appear around the tab grouping in the left side panel.

[Actual results]:
A partial highlight appears around the tab grouping in the left side panel when clicking any of the tabs.
