Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.11; rv:69.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/69.0

Steps to reproduce:

When doing a google search of items, the 'shopping' option is no longer shown or available.

Actual results:

The search option allows the following options; All, Images, Videos, News or More.

The More options on the drop down menu are Books and Finance

Expected results:

The shopping search option should be shown.

Why do you think this is a Firefox problem, and not something that Google changed?

Flags: needinfo?(jonny.hutson)

Hi jonny, i tried some google searches using the latest Firefox release 69.0.1 on:

MacOs 10.14
Windows10 64bit

Shopping is visible under the "more" dropdown menu.

Are you using any VPN?

please download Firefox Nightly from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/ and retest the problem.

If you still have the issue please create a new profile, you have the steps here:https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Managing-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager

The problem was experienced on Firefox only, but not Safari or Chrome. However, it does seem to have now been fixed as the Shopping option randomly appears to have returned as expected.

It wasn't one of the 'more' dropdown menu options when I tried. Hopefully resolved now...

Thanks
