User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/76.0.3809.132 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
Configure proxy to an ipv6 address.
Use Knox API to set it up on Samsung Galaxy S8 to reproduce the issue.
Actual results:
The browser fails to load any content, saying "Server not found".
The same issue was submitted to Facebook which already got fixed https://github.com/facebook/proxygen/issues/282
A similar issue was submitted some time ago https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=909021.
Expected results:
The browser app should work without problems with a configured ipv6 proxy.

To reproduce the issue, you can use this test app https://drive.google.com/open?id=1kLmMCyuVI9yWviaUL8ma9XgrETl_eBXX
You have to click Toggle admin and then set a pac file url in order to reproduce the issue. Any public proxy can be used to reproduce the issue.

Asking :nhi for advice on this bug - maybe this is something we want to fix in our networking code?
