Hi Wellington Torrejais da Silva,
Thanks for submitting this enhancement to us.
I will add a Product and a Component so our devs can take a look at this.
Thanks!

This feature isn't even implemented in Firefox, so naturally there is currently no way to have devtools support for it either.
This is a Chrome-only feature: https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5273474901737472
... and not even an official standard: https://wicg.github.io/priority-hints/
I expect this bug to be closed, but I'll move it to the right component (DevTools) for them to decide.

As the specification links in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1797715#c4 indicate, this feature is now called Fetch Priority.
Therefore I adjusted the summary of this bug to make it easier findable.
Regarding the UI, the most obvious way is probably a new "Priority" column in the Netmonitor as the Chrome DevTools have it.
Sebastian
Gecko's DevTools' Network tab nowadays provides a "Priority" column. It has to be enabled via the context-menu though.
With the fetchpriority pref set to true (https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/9137f80064364a41a1de394af4ce05dffdbf68e6/modules/libpref/init/StaticPrefList.yaml#117850, that column reflects the internal priority for elements with the fetchpriority attribute.
E.g. for https://jsfiddle.net/4bn0zre1/.
Chrome's DevTools also only show the internal priority. Not the fetchpriority's value.
Is that sufficient or is there benefit in showing the latter too?
