User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux ppc64; rv:69.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/69.0
Steps to reproduce:
-Open a web page. I opened my twitter.
-Images are blue-ish (see screenshot).
Alternative:
-Open a local image file with Firefox
-In my case the browser window was big enough to display the whole image so the image needn't to be resized
-Image colors display normally
-Decrease size of browser window, so that the image resizes a bit in the browser window
-Image gets a blue taint
-Increase size of browser window again
-Image colors display normally again
-Decrease size of browser window so that the image resizes a bit inside it again
-Image colors still displayed normally
-Decrease size of browser window so much that image gets scaled to 49 percent or lower
-Image gets a blue taint
-Increase size of browser window so that scale of image is now 51 percent or higher
-Image colors display normally again
-Decrease size of browser window so that scale of image is 49 percent or below again
-Image gets a blue taint again
Seems very similar to bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=817356
My system configuration:

This might get fixed as part of my work as part of bug 1581828, as we try to unify surface creation and processing into a sane, coherent model.
