1585050 - Run APZ mochitests on Android with WebRender

It appears we don't currently run mochitests on Android with WR.

We should probably run at least some, and in particular APZ mochitests because there are APZ codepaths specific to Android + WR (see bug 1584017) which don't currently have test coverage.

Judging by some of the dependencies of bug 1584017, some APZ mochitests will likely need greening up in this configuration.

Bug 1590805 (not landed yet) should be a good base for this. Simply add mochitests to the list of tests to run. The hard part will of course be getting the tests green :)
