This is not true. I can't edit any aspect of a bug i can't see. nor can i edit
all aspects of some security bugs where i'm cc but not a member of the security
group for which a bug is tagged.

Can edit all aspects of bugs I am allowed to see?
Can edit all aspects of bugs I have access to?
Can edit all aspects of most bugs? :-)

The User Interface component now belongs to Gerv. Reassigning all UNCONFIRMED
and NEW (but not ASSIGNED) bugs currently owned by Myk (the previous component
owner) to Gerv.

Reassigning back to Myk. That stuff about Gerv taking over the User Interface
component turned out to be short-lived. Please pardon our confusion, and I'm
very sorry about the spam.

"can edit all aspects of bugs" or "can edit all bug fields"
Severity: normal → trivial
Target Milestone: --- → Bugzilla 2.22
all aspects of bugs is a lie since i can't remove the marketting group flag.
as for 'fields', i'm not sure, that depends on whether or not groups are fields.

Implements myk's suggestions.
Admin can edit this text after the initial run of checksetup.pl, so it's not
important in my opinion to patch existing installations since those can have
the default group description edited anyway.

I don't like the new wording. People without this privilege can also "edit
aspects of bugs" in many cases.
I like Myk's "can edit all bug fields".

Patch
Gerv's suggestion, or "bug properties", is better.
