From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.1b) Gecko/20020719 BuildID: 2002071914 I've notice that while composing in rich text, the formatting tool bar 'tool tips' for the dropdown options (smilies and so on) appear aligned well out of place. On my machine they appear somewhere just below the main menu (under titlebar). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open mail (duh) 2.Compose new mail 3.Click the 'Smilies' drop menu (for example) 4.See tool tips out of place. Actual Results: Tool Tips out of place (see above) Expected Results: Tools tips should be aligned correctly :P
