Megabar expanded when it doesn't have focus.
An expanded Megabar should indicate that the Megabar has focus, but the bar is expanded when the master password prompt is present.
The bar shouldn't be expanded when the master prompt is present, but expand after the password is entered.
Steps to reproduce:
- Enable a master password.
- Start Firefox.
- Wait for the master password prompt.
Actual:
- The Megabar is expanded even though it doesn't have focus.
Expected:
- Since Megabar doesn't have focus it shouldn't be expanded.
