The page scroll really really slow once it is completely 
loaded. Runs fine in IE 5

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to www.mokabyte.it
2. let the page load
3. scroll down and up

Actual Results:  Slow scrolling

Expected Results:  Smooth scrolling

This page has three animated gifs... maybe
this is the problem? This is not the first
time I visit this site, but it's the first time
I notice the slowdown... it may be a recently
introduced bug
