Change SERVER_URL to "http://localhost:8000" to make sure the tests can still use the ping_sender.
Please run the telemetry-tests-client suite on try to verify it still passes. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/QA/Telemetry#Running_the_tests_on_try
