Not entirely sure this is the right component to file this under, so feel free to move it where appropriate.
While investigating bug 1586228, we realized that there is currently no Telemetry measuring usage of Windows' built-in Parental Controls feature, making it difficult to assess the risk of taking patches and severity of any issues found.
Also, if this information was part of our Telemetry environment, we might have been able to use that to tune our initial DoH rollout to only target users without PC enabled rather than shipping a dot release to all users instead.

Parental Controls bugs look spread around in Private Browsing, Shell Integration and General, hard to pick a component, so likely will stay here, but there's risk of it disappearing in the large list of tasks.
Gian-carlo, are you involved with parental control work, to evaluate the amount of work and priority of this?

I'm not surre if this is useful. The resulting data will indicate nobody uses it. There's an ongoing discussion about what to do here. Keeping this on the backburner in case we need it.

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
